The Ontario Home Builders Association recently celebrated their Awards of Distinction at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario. Honouring innovation and excellence in the areas of new home design and marketing, this yearly event honours the best of the best.

Colours and Concepts Inc., is thrilled to announce that, with our client Geranium Homes, we were recognized as the winner for the Best Interior Decorating Award for our Unit S1 Model Home in their Uptownes at Cardinal Point community in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario.

Combining the best in loft-inspired architecture, with bold interior design, rooftop decks and the latest features and finishes, Uptownes was launched in the fall of 2013 and all 136 units were sold out in the spring of 2015! Unit S1 Model Home was one of two fully decorated models in the community.
